With beautifully large bunches of fruit filling our vines, we handpicked parcels that were specially selected for basket pressing.Â
On first pour, this Shiraz is brimming with a bouquet of cherry, blackberry, and a measure of finest American oak settling superbly. The rich, smooth palate overflows with blood plum and blackberry fruits enhanced by oak undertones. Our Shiraz is unique and vibrant, yet it continues to develop, due to the acidity and tannins in our Waroona fruit.
