Service & Delivery Policy:

All orders are processed within 2 days of the payment for the order being cleared, and we generally allow 3-10 working days from consignment. If an order can not be fulfilled then Drakesbrook Wines Pty Ltd will advise you within two working days through your available contact method.

Refunds and Returns:

On the rare occasions that incorrect goods are delivered, Drakesbrook Wines Pty Ltd will fully refund or replace the bottle concerned, including postage costs, provided they are returned unopened within 1 month of delivery.

If a wine is found to be faulty, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, provided that the faulty bottle and contents is returned promptly to us after opening.

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your wine is received in good condition. Should your wine not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery. Whilst your wine will be replaced or fully refunded, Drakesbrook Wines Pty Ltd  requires damaged goods to be returned within 21 working days so we can take action with the carrier.

Pricing:

Prices are subject to alteration. We shall endeavour to update the website prices whenever a change takes place. We shall contact you prior to accepting the order if there has been a change in price.
